Storm Closures and the VLE: Campus Continuity that Already Looks Like the Online Pathway

Abstract

This dissertation studies Katowice campus students during weather closures. Continuity tracked whether the assessed task already lived in the VLE, as it does for online peers. Hidden campus-only assessments failed first. The lesson is design, not heroics. Silesian Eurasia University’s two pathways should be a resilience architecture for a Polish winter as well as an access architecture for students who will never see Arthur’s Seat.
