Purpose & Legal Basis

Personal data is processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of GDPR for the provision of higher education, matriculation, transcript issuance, degree conferral under statutory Polish higher education obligations, and accreditation compliance.

Under European data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, or request erasure of your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych — UODO).
