Silesian Eurasia University is governed in conformity with the Polish Law on Higher Education and Science, accountable to its University Council, Senate, and international academic community.
Academic and institutional governance at Silesian Eurasia University adheres strictly to European university traditions and statutory standards defined under the Polish Law on Higher Education and Science (Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym i nauce). A collegial University Council guides long-term strategic development, the University Senate oversees academic standards, and executive leadership is exercised by the Rectorate from our historic seat at Bankowa 12 in Katowice.
This robust governance architecture guarantees that our 100% tuition-free online degree pathways maintain identical academic rigor, faculty oversight, and European ECTS credit validity as residential campus degrees conferred in Katowice.
The University Council provides independent strategic stewardship, monitors financial performance, reviews long-term institutional strategy, and ensures public accountability to European educational standards.
The Senate is the supreme collegial academic authority. It establishes academic regulations, approves curricula across all 194 programmes, oversees doctoral dissertations, and ensures strict conformity with Bologna EHEA standards.
Headed by the Rector, the executive leadership team manages daily university administration, international university alliances, faculty appointments, and student welfare across online and campus cohorts.
The Committee conducts double-blind curriculum audits, external peer reviews, and accreditation compliance against NAWA mobility guidelines, EDINAC Tier 1 criteria, and the European Standards and Guidelines (ESG).
